Betances is blowing it. Miller is doing fine but the rotation is weak and the offense is even weaker. I hope things change soon but who knows. I wasn't sure what to expect going into this season, other than having the best bullpen in the league which I still think is true. Betances looked great up until last week, we never get the chance to use Miller, and Chapman's suspension is up on the 9th. The rotation has been terrible with the exception of Tanaka, who is just a good pitcher, not the ace we need him to be. Severino starts out well, but good hitters have him figured out a few innings into the game and none of them get any run support. It's prolly gonna be a long season unless a few players really turn things around.
Give it some time. If I recall, Shane Greene was killing it when he went to Detroit last season for the first few weeks. All former Yankees pitchers slowly regress after spending too much time away from Larry Rothschild.

He had a medical condition in his artery which affected his pitching. So far he's been good again this year. His stuff is great.
Of a team in a different division? Not really. Not really scared of anyone. Just disappointed in my own team. The season's not a lost cause yet but I don't see it getting a lot better til Arod, CC, Tex, and beltran are gone. Plus we need a decent starter.
