Miguel Cabrera...never took steroids..and hes the best hitter in baseball.....american league is better...i like all baseball but having the pitcher bat is getting old id rather only have to do it a few times
Oh and I do agree that it's BS that one league has a DH and one doesn't....make it universal one way or the other. It makes interleague play so much more complicated.
American League can a bowl of shit... you guys can keep your steroids. I'll stick to real baseball.
Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa....all in the National League....
Now what was that about steroids?
What league are the Oakland A's in?...
and lol @ naming 2 players for the entire league. I can name more players in the Yankees ALONE!
point: me
McGwire's big home run years were with the Cards. No one gives a shit about what he did with the A's.
Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, and McGwire were the leaders of this steroid era. Where did they make their money? In the National League. It doesn't really matter how many Yankees you name, that era of baseball will be defined by those three.
the bash brothers?... he made a name for himself, along with Conseco, with Oakland. The Cards thing just comes up because he finally had someone to go up against him on the amount of steroids they could take. (HR chase '98) and St. Louis had nobody to be a face of their franchise until he came along. (ala Tony Gwynn or Cal Ripken Jr.)
just about every stat in the American league is tainted.... those 600 HR's by A-rod everyone was making a bigass deal about; all a lie.
Also, Bonds cant really be bunched in together with Sosa, McGuire, Palmeiro, etc. he was pretty much the caboose of the era. All the others did it during its prime.

I was just fucking with you, you'd be surprised how often that riles people up.
it's like giving QB's, in the NFL, flags so they don't get tackled.
