Me and my dad left a game that went into extra innings when I was like 8 years old....any ways there weren't any other people in the upper deck on the side we were sitting and the tigers hit a walk off right to where we were sitting
I was at a Sox game when I was 10 and a drunk dude in his 20's wearing a Packers hat was sitting in front of us was dropping f bombs every 2 seconds. My dad asked him to control his language because I was sitting there. The guy stood up and and my dad stood up and the guy flipped my dads hat off. My dad knocked him out with one punch, and the dude got kicked out and we got to stay. The people around us were cheering and congratulating my dad. When I look back on it, the story is pretty fuckin cool, but at the time I was never so nervous in my entire life.

I've caught three baseballs at games, and I don't have any of them because I always give them away. The joy of catching a baseball is fleeting, but it could make a kid's year.
back in prolly '91 or '92, we had outfield seats for a game against the mets and doc gooden was practicing before the game. he went to toss a ball up to my sister since she kept calling his name. she was like 10 at the time and the ball went to the side of her. in trying to catch it, my dad slipped and fell into some seats and, while we didn't know it right away, broke 2 of his ribs. some bitch beside us waited til my dad dropped the ball while he was writhing in pain and took it and put it in her purse. it was pretty fucked up and awkward because we had to sit next to her the rest of the game
I would of took that ball back from that bitch..real quick..Doc Gooden was awesome...Was listening to him on WFAN the other day. The reason he missed the parade when they won is because he was out doing coke watching the shit on tv with all the leeches hanging around him. If you haven't heard the story of the '86 Mets yet go look it up. It a great read. They were a bunch of lunatics.Only one that really had any class was Gary Carter (RIP).
lol nobody was at that game. how do some baseball teams afford to pay players so much? in the nfl damn near every stadium is filled on game days even for crappy teams.

That's simply because of the number of games. You only have 8 chances to see a home game per season, as opposed to 41 in the NBA, and 81(?) in the MLB.
