I probably won't watch baseball for a long time if the DH comes to the NL. The pitcher batting is one of the most essential parts of modern baseball, if you ask me. It adds so much more dimension to the game. Baseball isn't just about watching the man hit the ball really far.

I'd rather watch a pitcher's duel than a run-scoring bonanza.

yeah idk i just find it more entertaining to see a regular hitter bat when guys are in scoring position rather then a guy come up who is most of the time going to kill a rally....the tigers have enough problems with scoring with the bases loaded any ways last thing we need is our pitchers batting lol

8-| It really doesn't change the game all that much. I just want one set of rules. It's just ridiculous to me that the two conferences in baseball play by a set of different rules.

I guess what I meant by that statement is that not watching baseball because of DH or no DH is silly to me.

Not really. DH and American league is for the mindless followers that just want to watch power and no strategy. It's very rare for me to watch an American league game because I find those games to be boring.

Oo and about that whole they just walk the 8 hole to get to the pitcher, said pitcher latos hit a two run home run

i probably watch just about as much...i watch the tigers every game and i routinely check out wgn and watch the cubs and white sox :P
