the point about moyer was that he was the #2 pitcher on a team that won it all, but you would have to be retarded to say he's better than verlander. by george's logic, he is. moyer is 21 years older than verlander and has fewer 17 win seasons. i'm taking verlander in any game, any day, over anybody. even halladay or sabathia or kershaw or lincecum or weaver...idgaf

the point about him being the ace of the 06 tigers was in response to george acting like nobody knew who verlander was in 2008, not a statement on his performance. the only baseball fans who didn't know about justin verlander in 2008 were homer tards
