Either way, DM is a damn good album, and their set had plenty of old shit. For instance, at my show they also played:

Plus the usual Enter Sandman/Sad But True/Nothing Else Matters/Master of Puppets/One/Seek and Destroy...nothing to complain about.

If Metallica played Ozzfest, they would probably play 2 or 3 DM songs, but that's it. They've mixed up their sets a lot more since the US leg last year. They're not dumb, they know what everyone wants to hear.
