Wearing a shirt to the band that's playing at the show's concert is a violation of metal rule #2.
My friend always does that and I want to fucking slap him.
I always wear Slayer. About 2 years ago, me and my girlfriend were looking through concert pics and she noticed I was wearing Slayer in all of them. Literally. So I just made a rule to wear Slayer to every show.

But then for Slayer shows I was like 0_0
I wear Primus to every concert, and either get weird looks or high fives from everyone.
As for this one, which should never be disputed, and for good reason, the name should be split into two parts, like this Paracoccidioidomicosis and Proctitissarcomucosis, and knowing that both are std's and knowing that the official names for STD's are always in latin and knowing latin is always spoken while pronouncing every letter should be very easy once you split the name in half.
also Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis is a combination of like 10 different medical terms so you might want to make a consultation with your doctor.

Dod-hims-guard
Nokt (O pronounced like ah) - Mist - Eee - Um (Pronounced like "emblem".)
edit: the nokt part doesn't sound like ah it's an O sound just like you spelled it.
