I never watched DBZ as a kid.

But seeing as Goku already has some mad ass lightning ball built up, I'm going with him.

These, and Goku also has 5 natural tansformations, the Spirit Bomb, Super Dragon Fist, and two fusion oppurtunities (with MORE transformations) at his disposal.

Once Superman gets tired, it's game over, whereas if Goku get's tired, It's just one of the five (or ten, depending on how you count it) options he has available to him and the fight will last another 3 episodes.

Also, Goku is the greatest fighter in the universe, aside from Majin Buu. Superman just swings shit around.
