isn't this saying that one time ticketmaster sent people to a broker site? it's not like ticketmaster is actually a broker

That^, I hate the service fee's they add onto the cost. It's like 5$ per ticket just to put it in the envelope (seriously).

They added 14.65 per ticket to my Maiden pit passes for a "convenience fee" and I have fucking paperless tickets. Where's the convenience? If, God forbid, anything happens and I'm not able to go to the show I'm basically fucked. How's that convenient?

^ I hate how they do that. In other situations, convenience fee for printing your own ticket. A convenience fee for sending your tickets to you is reasonable because they have to send them but you're basically paying $15 for shipping through usps...........
Oh and as much as i like jaxx, I hate how they charge you a convenience fee and then a processing fee. I didn't know we were paying our computers a salary for them to process our tickets
and jaxx also charges you $5 extra when you use a credit card at the door

Both, at one of the Maiden venues, no one was able to get pit or good seats, only nosebleeds were available. I would have been so pissed off I could kill someone.
