Loved Last Adventure despite crying during it twice lol Loved Beginning as well. It’s a slow burn but it’s fucking brutal for Digimon. Both serve as excellent send offs to the 01 and 02 kids respectively. Tri is a mixed bag. I enjoy the first 3 films but the last 3 could have been condensed into one feature length and it gets very episodic in nature as it goes you can definitely see that they started making them with an effort of where to cut for when they eventually aired them like episodes. If I remember correctly, they only vaguely mention Tri in Last Evolution so it’s not mandatory. I’d skip it in favor of the other two films for now then circle back

I can’t imagine still having the motivation, desire, and follow through to argue with MC anymore. It just never ends. No amount of paragraphs will ever be enough to change his negative opinions. ADA, despite any hype you see, hasn’t done shit in years. Even staking hasn’t helped bring my ADA bag back to where it started. 

Got quite literally nothing this year but it ended up one of the most fulfilling Christmases ever anyways. It was the Christmas of side quests lmao.

Started Monday and it was basically a Friendsmas thing, ended up being over there til Christmas Eve, then my boy and his girl were going to her family’s party and it was the first time he ever met them so he asked if I could go wit to take the pressure off so he wasn’t the only outsider. Which realistically it was weirder for me cause he’s at least the boyfriend, whereas I was completely random and also the only white boy in a super Hispanic Christmas party lmfao. But it went well and they were super welcoming and kept feeding me tequila lmao.

So we go back to the original spot afterwards and get fucked up heading into actual Christmas, and in the morning, one of the girls in the group, who has been developing a clear spark wit me, asked me for a ride to her Dad’s Christmas party. Well that turned into “When you get there how bout you meet my Dad and come in for mimosas.” which then turned into me staying for the entire fucking thing and not leaving til the afternoon lmao.

She said she was glad I came cause while she doesn’t have a “bad” relationship wit them, it’s not the best and it would have been awkward without me there. Asked why me and not somebody else and she said cause I carry myself well and I’m the only one outta the group she could 100% trust to act right in front of them lmao. But also think lowkey it’s cause she sees potential in me as something serious and used it as a way to sneak meeting the family in to see how they feel about me. Cause she introduced me as her friend, but I could tell it was interpreted as the boyfriend cause of comments, like at one point she was pouring us drinks and it was only like 10:30 AM and her Dad was like “Good luck wit her.” lmao.

So yea, was 2 days of completely random unplanned Christmas parties where I was a complete stranger at both, but I somehow had a fucking blast and this Christmas will always stick out because of how different it was. This Christmas was a complete Hail Mary wit my Mom being gone now and this had the potential to go completely left and being stuck at home depressed, but I’m so satisfied in the way that it actually turned out.

Govee lights are up on the house. It was a full day of work, but I won’t have to do it again for a long time. I bought a 18’ multi-folding ladder from Home Depot on Black Friday and it made the job easier than expected. I also had to 3D print 100 light mounts because it was too cold to use the supplied stick on pads, and I wouldn’t trust those to hold up over time anyways.

Fwiw, every time I’ve had a new kid on the way it’s lit a fire under me to achieve. I’ve always found ways to get better jobs, housing, etc when the stakes are higher. I’m not saying everyone works that way, but it does help to have pressing needs to motivate you 

Ordered some Govee Pro permanent outdoor Christmas lights. They are pricey as shit, but they are on Black Friday sale right now. Still pricey, but it’s as cheap as they are going to get so today we BOCO.
