Couple of days ago I had to deliver a presentation to about 100 people for work. I hate public speaking. I get nervous and anxious beforehand and my throat gets tense and dry. I didn't write anything down because I didn't want it to be a formal speech or too structured. So I just spoke off the cuff. I think I came across really well and delivered an informed and knowledgeable presentation. And I answered all of their questions with confidence. I'm quite impressed with myself. \:D/
I used to be that way with public speaking and then I took a course on it and by the end of the course I was almost 100% confident to just get up and start speaking. Our final was an impromptu speech and I got one of the highest scores in the class :-bd
I did a Toastmasters course years ago. It's just been a long time since I've done public speaking so I'm outta practise and lost my confidence. But last week proved to me that I still got it. It helps when you know what you're talking about I guess
Rihanna last night was dope although A$AP didn't perform Me and this girl I smoke with became fwb, so that's clutch. Having an A in all my classes currently is cool too.

Time management is fun. Adderall helps too.
