Spiderman is equally skilled (if not more) in technology, science, and engineering. So Spiderman could also devise a plan to take out Batman OR counteract any of Batman's plans. Thus, as I said before, the fight would come down to a straight up street brawl which Spiderman would win due to super-strength, super-speed, and spidey-sense.

Spidey may have the strength and speed but Batman is always one step ahead of his enemies in terms of strategy to win. Also doesn't help that Spidey will run out of web shooters as well.
Spidey can use Spidey sense? No problem for Batman. He can just throw a flash bomb and then emit a screeching device so that Spidey's senses become useless. I can go on and on and counter everything Spidey can do with Batmans gadgets that will get him the win. So no matter what Batman will beat Spiderman even without preparing for his match.

I already told you a way Batman can make Spidey's spider sense useless to him by blinding him and emitting a device that makes this high pitch screeching frequency sound that scrambles his senses. As soon as he does that Batman could take him out quick without Spidey even knowing where he is coming from due to his senses being fucked.
