  most bands have it in their riders that no alcohol can be served in glass. i worked front-of-stage at the misfits first reunion tour with anthrax and cannibal corpse opening. scott ian got hit with a bottle and they promptly walked off the stage. the misfits refused to go on until the owner of the club agreed to work front-of-stage for their set
