  shocked at OSU's response to the video posted. basically saying they will back a student until the law charges them. kinda fucked up. IMHO when you see behavior that doesnt represent the values your school holds, then they have the right to boot that person from their school. Making fun of someone that was raped should be all the evidence they need to kick them out.

  well i guess OSU is taking the "innocent until proven guilty" stance which is fine with me to be honest. let's just hope ALL of the guilty get punished.

  From what the Sheriff said at the protest no more people will be charged. They are only charging 2 people and they aren't trying them as adults. So if that doesn't change not all will be charged and if found guilty it will be as juveniles.

  What im saying though is that as a university where it is a privilege to go to, not a right- The university doesnt need proof that a rape occurred to kick him out. What they have is proof that he is a douchebag and doesnt represent the quality of people that OSU wants to have come to his school. The dude is seen bragging on video about raping some passed out 16 year old, and laughing his ass off over it and over people pissing on her. It's fucked up. What sort of proof does OSU need? They dont mind their students being pieces of shit?
