thats a bit pricey for me i was looking into around the 699 or less area preferably a lenovo or HP since those are the second and third best brands for 2012
both are good though and since you're not doing any gaming the i3 is more than good eough for your needs. plus the 4gb of ram with the 64 bit windows will make it speedy too.
64 bit windows runs faster and windows likes to run with more ram than less ram. when buying a computer you need to look at the whole package, not just one number or factor that is higher than another.
I'm just trying to help your make a good choice for the money spend. If you're set on the one you found then whatever floats your boat.
no believe me im thinking about it its just hard when i dont know what things mean im just going by what my coucins fiancee said that the i5 would be better for multitasking but his standard of multitasking might be different than mine im gonna look more into the differences in i3 and i5
Ok so i looked and i dont mind the i3 However, i didnt see that your link was a 15.6" screen Thats what mine is now and i would like a smaller screen Max 14"

Has the features you wanted. The 8GB of RAM will make sure you can multitask at pretty damn fast speeds.
If you want it even faster I'm pretty sure you pay a small fee to have the processor turbocharged.
I'll probably be getting this laptop... just not in pink
