I'm thinking I'll probably try to switch into yours. Hopefully your roommate wouldn't mind Henderson. We'll have to talk to our roommates and a housing office. It might be tricky since its DRC housing and RU housing...they're not the same office I think.
I was supposed to be on the C&C guest list, but after calling the fucking venue six times without a human response, I finally got a hold of the person at the ticket gate, who said they can't tell me if I'm on it over the phone. So I asked how much tickets are just in case. $46 for lawn. No thanks. The place is out in east Phoenix too, so I'd rather not drive all the way over there with a chance that I'll be on the guest list. Plus, I can't exactly be spending money like that for a ticket (plus food and gas) before I leave for Jersey on Saturday.
The good news is that I'll be hanging with two of my friends, eating pizza and listening to the new Cloudkicker album instead \m/
I'm not even as big of a Maiden fan as most of you on here are and DEFINITELY not as big as the people over on MS are. I mean, I love Maiden, but I'm not in a financially secure spot right now to make a purchase like this. I'll see them next time hopefully.
The main reason I've been wanting to see them over the years is because to me, they're THE symbol of metal. That's the main reason I'm getting The Trooper done on my arm anyway, not so much out of the absolute love for them musically.
Yeah, MS are a derivative of a Maiden fan site, haha. Anyway, I don't blame you, just givin' you shit. And I agree, Iron Maiden are the symbol of metal. Whether or not you like them, you can't deny they're the biggest metal band in the world.
