  I think cause if the date in NJ is really cancelled then that means that have no Shows in PA or NJ which i find very odd.

  Fucking job expects me to come in early. Hello? You cut all cashier's hours so they're gonna tend to plan things around their hour cuts. Don't sit there and just text them in the middle of the night saying, "Yea, I need you to come in early because so&so called out because she only had 3 hours today". Cut people's days, not hours. Of course people are not gonna drive in for a 3 hour shift and waste gas.
