You can't. The IR and XR components of the pill have different release mechanisms, and crushing them won't change that. Frankly, you shouldn't snort XR adderral anyway.
This is why no one likes XR unless you're using it to stay up late or do something productive, because it's not conducive to getting high off of.
First time I tried addy in high school they were extended release. Tried to crush the little pellets but we didn't do nearly as good of a job as we had thought we did. Shit was stick in our sinuses all night and would sometimes run out our nose in the middle of conversation at this party.

Jus proved this wrong. Crushed 2 20s, it all hit me in like 30 minutes and I'm fuckin ZOOMIN. Crushed em and then parachuted.
I fuckin love Addy but I tend to keep my distance cause it's one drug out of anything I've done that I could see becomin a habit jus cause of music alone. Any time I take Addy all I do is go nuts on music and jus become a straight work horse. At that, for whatever reason, it makes my vocals their absolute best and so effortless. So it's tempting for that reason alone jus to pop one and record for hours.
