I have multiple friends who have said lp's performance is great even though they don't like the music

My mind was blown when I first saw Slayer...but then I looked back at it and thought it really wasn't as great as I made it out to be. I still loved it, but it wasn't on its pedastal anymore.

I wasn't familiar with Suicide Silence when I saw them at Mayhem, which is where I simultaneously reached the conclusions that they suck and are bad live.
