Bleed The Sky – This Way Lies Madness

Code Orange – Underneath

Apocalyptica – Cell-0

So I know that Code Orange has gotten a ton of positive reviews on their latest album, but I'm not gonna lie I really didn't care for it that much. I like industrial but not with this band.

I havent listened to any new albums yet this year

I haven't really listened to much new either, but Nightwish, Testament, Trivium, TBDM, Katatonia all have albums out or coming out this month. I need to circle back on the new Kvelertak too. 

I think I may have listened to two new albums in full so far and I'm not sure how much I like either yet.

I don't know if y'all like Red but I just listed to that one last night and it was awesome. Not exactly different from what they've done before but I didn't mind.

New Elder comes out on the 24th as well. Reflections of a Floating World was one of my favorites of '17.

I haven’t listened to a ton of new shit. I haven’t been very interested in new metal stuff in a while. The recent Denzel Curry/Kenny Beats Unlocked album is good. I’ve been all over JPEGMAFIA recently, but his album came out late last year

New Dance Gavin Dance is fucking insane what the fuck. 

Played it on a whim because I saw it in the new releases on Apple Music and gahdamn. Never really listened to this band like that before so wasn’t expecting to like this like that.

New Trivium is fucking amazing. Also really loving the new Code Orange.

New TBDM and Trivium are fucking GAS. Especially Trivium. Good month for heavy music.

New Trivium is really good, places like in the middle of their discography for me. Still probably my favorite album so far this year. Its also the only metal album I've listened to this year. The bands I like are slacking.
