I would believe it. Just $100+ seems steep for one band. There's honestly just not much else I care to see. There are "Since I'm there I'll watch em" bands but nothing selling me aside from those two. Meshuggah was cool when I seen em. So was Gojira. But it's just not getting me dying to go. Todd left me a few "ky's" already so you'll feel free to deposit some more below this post lol
Nah I get the lineup isnt for everyone. I really dig the newer wave of crossover bsnds so I think having Vein and Code Orange open is kinda cool. But I agree that SOAD/Meshuggah are the real reason to be there.
Idk, I like the 7-8 bands, one stage, longer sets deal than 30 bands on 3 stages with 30 minute sets.
Doors open for this at 2 pm each day, I'm skeptical the sets will be much longer, if at all. COA main and side stage set times would overlap in previous years anyway.
Gojira is boring live yet they are the only band recently to put on such a good live show it left me feeling like I was 12 again seeing my first live band and just being in awe.
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
Maybe its cuz Im not that big on their music to begin with, but all their shit just blends together and they just stand there. Mastodon put on more of a show.

Gojira are boring as hell. Especially live. Saw em twice and was like "get on with it". Lasted forever.
