Need audiophile opinions

A friend of mine is a working musician that does mostly covers and plays shows 3-6 times a week. He has a booking agent that gets him pricey gigs all over the south. He does a lot of corporate parties and such. Anyway, his agent is interested in booking my girlfriend, but thinks she needs more repertoire. Here is a list of songs she plays. I need suggestions for more songs. I'm not extremely knowledgeable about shit that's come out the last 10-15 years. She plays live with both an acoustic guitar and a keyboard, so song that utilize either are preferred. Here's her current list:

    She'll be doing hipster lounges as well. The corporate stuff is more a monthly thing but they pay well. She has enough other shit for those shows. She just got her first set scheduled about an hour ago for this coming Wednesday \m/

    Which songs? I'm a little familiar with Bright Eyes and Iron and Wine, but not enough to know the cherry songs. The Wilco stuff I know is too layered.
