    Yea. But their vocals kill it for me. Some of their riffs are pretty groovy/thrashy, which I can dig. But their vocalist is like Elvis meets 90s James "YEAH" Hetfield.

    maybe Im just very against them because of this... maybe some can relate

    the main hard rock/"metal" radio station here are theyre a bunch of fucking 35 year old men who seem to still be stuck in their college days and circle jerk over buttrock and bud light. a lot of events, mainly festivals, that I attend are sponsored by them. even shows that I absolutely dont want their business at, like tool, they are there. they bring this stupid ass van, open all the doors, and blast the shittiest music at the loudest volume, as if all of us in line are dying to hear it. maybe some are, idk.

    anyway, when that warriors call song came out, they hopped the fuck on the volbeat train and masturbated profusely to it. every fucking show they showed up for for a good year and a half after it dropped was bombarded with that song. every time. Ive probably heard that song a hundred times while hanging in the venues or waiting for doors to open. eventually I just stopped showing up till a while after doors, but they were still there, and so was that song.

    probably why I really cant stand volbeat.
