Techno black metal doesn't even qualify as a genre. By definition of each, it's impossible to mix them.... Closest you could get is ambient black metal, by adding sampled electronic beats to the black metal.

Nothing about this is black metal...not saying that in the "poser" sense, it literally is just dark techno.

Yeah this really has nothing to do with black metal. I guess some of the "riffs" in the background (at least during the first 1:30 or so) had some sort of black metal influence, but really this is just speedcore with some ambient/noise stuff thrown in.
