Make some suggestions......

So it's a fairly slow day at work and well I'm looking for some help from some of you. I'm
looking for some new stuff to look up and listen to. I've been in a power and folk metal mood lately. I've been listening to turisas -battle metal cd almost non stop the past two days. I'm new to these genres of metal. Other bands I find myself
liking are blind gaurdian, kamelot, hammerfall. I guess stuff with fantasy themes? I don't know
school me show me some bands I'm missing out on.

The Haunted. If you want more of a death metal sound, listen to Made Me Do It and One Kill Wonder. Those were the days of Marco Aro, which seem to be more popular with people on these boards. If that's the case, listen to Dark Intentions/Bury Your Dead, Leech, and DOA.

Otherwise listen to their other albums. rEVOLVEr is my personal favorite, and it harbors one of the catchiest, most beastly songs of their's: 99.

S/T is a good one too. Best off of that album is Hate Song. The Dead Eye is more experimental, but nonetheless pretty decent. The Flood is definitely the best off of that one.

Then there's Versus, from which the best ones are Moronic Colossus, Little Cage, and IMPERIAL DEATH MARCH. DO NOT PASS UP LISTENING TO THAT LAST ONE!!! lol
