anyway, Rainwound is a band I just discovered, and they arent local, just super kvlt. but they arent really black metal, theyre more progressive folk/doom metal.

will, I just listened to them and the second song on that album (can't remember the name) seems really peaceful and relaxing......easy music to listen to when I'm tired I guess or in a really really chill mood they seem pretty good to me but the song lengths are killer........
@santana: yeah, the length on some of those really got me, I had em playin in the background and a couple times I wasnt sure if it was a new song or not.
but yes, its really good. this is like progressive/folk/doom/atmospheric metal.
sounds good man it reminds me of trentmoller (this electronica peaceful atmospheric electronic guy), his songs are pretty lengthy too but they're really chill songs
