i can kind of see leah's point but i think we're beyond the point of "is the evidence legit?" because the cop said he got paid to kill tim's wife. there was a recorded conversation of him saying he wanted his wife killed. a dude he lifts with said tim told him twice that he wanted his wife killed. seems pretty open and shut IMO
