It was either a local news stations post or Clevelands. But in the article they made sure to state that the man was hispanic. Just like one stated that two pit bulls attacked officers while they busted into a house for a drug bust. Any other dog it would have just been stated as two dogs attacked them

They were being held captive in the basement as far as I can tell from what I've heard. The cops had been called a couple times and never looked inside. It doesn't seem as easy as why didnt they just leave
