Most of the movies don't fit into the timeline. If I'm not mistaken the only ones that do are Garlic Jr. and Bojack Unbound

Right after Frieza Goku starts making his way home, and Trunks shows up on Earth and defeats Frieza and knows when Goku is supposed to arrive
