I mean, I go for to see bands play, and maybe get some sigs. I can just hang with my friends back home that day if I'm not there to see the bands, and keep my money.
If I'm not into the bands, its not worth the money. I'm still hoping some of the sidestage will intrigue me.
I think it's funny you're just now becoming this skeptical about Mayhem. It's not like previous years weren't over all shitty. Only 3 bands have been leaked. It's too early to judge before we know like 70% of the bands.
They don't have to book other bands to please A7X fans because A7X fans only care about seeing A7X. And I'm sure more A7X peep's are cool with Korn and are the kind of people that'd be cool with most generic metal that gets thrown into the Mayhem slop any how.
