I think you need to actually get someone's URL to get to their page.... Unless you find them liking someone else's post, and even then, you'd need to recognize the username.

For specific people you have to put in their url. Mine's this, http://cthulhupuffs.tumblr.com/

If it's no one/band specific you can get used to the site by checking out different tags, suggestions, etc
