My husband won a guitar at the Noblesville, IN stop on the 1997 Ozzfest tour and we are trying to find out more information about it. The music store sponsoring the contest has went out of business and we can't find anyone else in town who knows anything. So I'm trying to find out if there is anyone on here who went to any of the stops on the tour that year to see if they gave away a guitar at each stop. And also to see if there is any information on the promoter or any other information someone has about this guitar. We are trying to get it appraised for value and are running into a thousand dead ends.
run the serial number through the guitar company and see what they have on record. I wonder if it's signed or anything making it worth more. I would see where they would need proof of some kind that it's really somebody's autograph.
sooo i need a consensus people... do we or don't we give a shit about ozzfest anymore? i've never been so iono. but the company i work for gives out free tix to festivals so i need to know if they're still relevant. if not i'll tell them not to waste their time partnering with them.
