Pirate ftw. I don't have a Blu-Ray player though. If I buy any movies it's usually through my cable's HD payperview or just some used DVDs from the local store.

I download 720p/1080p movies in MKV format which I load on my home network (I have 4 TB NAS for movies/tv). I then stream content from my NAS to my TV's via AppleTV. It's awesome.

I don't have a 60" LCD attached to my computer. Plus I like using remote controls and sitting on my couches. and I dont like leaving my computer turned on to watch a movie.
my tv makes buzzing noises sometimes and im too cheap to buy a new one, thats why i just watch it on my computer. that and my computer has a badass sound system
