That's how it was in Raleigh. Boone is known for bud and psychedelics doe. App State is where all the stoners in NC go to school. Plus the climate here is very similar to Northern California so local bud is always good and usually pretty cheap.

nah i'm p sure that medical marijuana is no longer punishable under federal jurisdiction. you still can't have it in states that don't allow it, but you can't serve fed time for it.
excluding full legalization, I would love to see it get to the point where med state to med state transportation and consumption is not illegal -- even if you couldnt participate in that states program.
