There are videos of cops signaling a dog to bark. If they want to search they will. They obviously wont always pull that shit but it happens. My car got searched with shit in it and I got out the ticket. They were looking for big ass bags of dope not a little bag of weed and a bowl. It's all situational, do what you gotta do.

It could be any one of them if not multiple. Cops in my town are the absolute worst. If they ask to search, they'll do anything they possibly can to get in your car. The one time I didn't consent to a search, I got weed and paraphernalia charges. Half these motherfuckers don't even know the law. So you do what works for you, and I'ma keep doin' what I do cuz it's working. I could give a fuck if a cop digs through my car as long as there's nothing in it. The 10 minutes it takes to search a vehicle is 10 minutes not spent writing me a ticket
Weed is decriminalized in NC but if you get caught, you gotta take the first offenders program. Biggest waste of fucking time. I was 16 at the time, and there were maybe 2-3 other kids who were my age, and the rest were a bunch of really stupid black people in there 30's and 40's. It was kinda funny for the first 5 minutes.
I'm not saying it's all done in one phone call but a cop can have a warrant ready in a matter of minutes.
Bottom line: If he really wants to get in your car, he's going to. The more you fight him, the more it's gonna make him want to search your car. The more you ask questions and make objections, the more suspicious he gets. As soon as he asks, you're fucked. Do everything you possibly can to not put yourself in that situation. Drive the speed limit, don't smoke in the car, keep your shit locked up somewhere safe, use smell proof jars, don't dress like stoners, make sure your registration is up to date, etc, etc, etc.
dude I've been stopped more then once and refused to even give the cop my ID..I was obliviously the passenger in this case..well once..and the other time I was just walking down the street...iv dealt with cops several times...any time I see someone pulled over around my house I go right out there and start recording them...I've been fucked with many times by cops...letting them search your car when you have not commuted any crime is absolutely retarded..get loud with them and state your rights...once they realize you know the law they stop fucking with you.
