The outdoor bud grown around here is pretty good. I've heard the Appalachian Mountains were one of the best places to grow on the East Coast but I'll probably grow inside. I'm not expecting it to be top notch the first time around anyways.
It really come down to how much you want to grow, what your start up budget is, and what the state laws are sheer you live.
Starting up indoors takes a lot of time and work, especially if you don't have the money to but everything you need to give the plants the best growth conditions that they can have. Bulbs, ballasts and hoods can run onto the thousands of dollars real quick. Then you need ac because the room gets too hot. Dirt and nutes, water pumps if you go hyro... That shit adds up quick also, and your electric bill is going to go through the roof months before you get any buds to smoke if you don't kill the entire crop and use to start over from scratch. Putting a room together piece by piece just makes it harder... For example, the whole time you don't have enough ac, your burning up the crop you wanted to buy ac with. However, once everything is purchased and dialed in, it makes the life of grow pretty easy.
An outdoor crop can be much more affordable to get you started. While mold, mildew, pests, and security can be more difficult to manage, their is no electric bill. The only real cost is watering and feeding them, plus whatever it takes to set up the area. One good outdoor crop can be all it takes to make putting together an indoor garden much more manageable financially.
Money's not much of an issue at the moment. I can get a qp around here for $800 and it's always dank. I can sell an O for 350 to the right person but average is 300-320 so I'm making enough now to grow on my own. I'm only gonna start with one plant and my budget is around $300-400. How much do you think it would cost for all the shit to grow some Grade A marijuana with just one plant? And what kind of yield should I expect?
Maybe I'll grow 2-3. This isn't happening for another couple of weeks anyways. I'm still waiting on a shipment of mimosa hostilis at the moment. I got everything I need to make about 10 grams of some DiMiTri. Gonna be a fun couple of weeks comin' up. But until then, ky.
It's a small storage closet, about 8 x 4 ft. I'd guess its' about 9-10 ft tall. A friend is gonna help take care of all the expenses and watch the plants when I'm not around but he's not that experienced either. We've both done plenty of extractions and shit like that before, but I feel like growing is gonna be a whole 'nother story. I hear once you know what you're doing, it get's a lot easier.
Mine don't get clogged. They break easy as fuck but you get 2 of them and learn from your mistakes. They're only slighty more fragile than regular slitted downstems. Ashcatchers add too much drag.

You still have 2 left
... And 2 is way better than 0
:!!
The ends always get clogged up and break off easily .. If you want more perculation just buy an ashcatcher with percs on it
