So, in everyones home state, is there any designated place that smokers go? Ive always been curious because in Colorado everyone goes to 2 places, either the town of Boulder (home of CU and a known stoner city) or the state capital.
I never understood why cops never arrested people who sit on the steps of our capital building and smoke, but alas they dont.

There's like festivals and stuff where the laws aren't so rough...like michigan has one I was supposed to go to with my friend, but he was caught by his parents haha
