Just dump it out onto a tray and let it air dry for awhile. When it feels dry, seal it in a jar or bag. The moisture on the inside gets drawn to the outside and it feels moist again. Open the bag or jar a few times a day to slowly burp out the rest of the moisture. If you dry it too fast or all at once it won't taste as good.
