Tammy Hill Ryan, 44, and Edward D. Harvey, 43, were arrested and charged with maintaining a dwelling for manufacturing with a minor present, possession of methamphetamine in a housing facility with intent to sell and possession of paraphernalia.
Harvey was additionally charged with possession of listed chemicals for methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
Dylan E. Shoemaker, 18, of Eagle Lake, was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine, improper disposal of hazardous materials and possession of paraphernalia.
