No, Vice is pretty legit. They head down to Mexico to investigate and interview some of the Mormon families that moved to Mexico after polygamey was made illegal in the States, Romney's family being one of them. These family colonies are located right where the cartels are, the history of murder and kidnapping with them, a little old school religious blood atonement, guns and more. It's unreal how fucked up it is just on the other side of the US border. It's worth a watch.

Just insane how fast this happened. All of a sudden a big ass boom of killings were happening and the cartels were just going crazy with bloodlust. Shit is really scary that it's only hours away and not in like Africa where you usally here about it haha. Luck you live by Canada...maybe they will kill people with maple syrup or something one day.

Lol. Canadians are too chill to just drop off a pile of 50 bodies on main street. The scariest part was just how brazen and up front they were about all of it. 18 people got whacked just for trying to quit drugs and go to rehab. Those are some truly evil people... And we gave them a shit ton of guns.
