I just want to point out that in 2009 slipknot sold out rupp arena on their tour that winter. It holds 23,500 for concerts. So to say they won't sell out aphitheters on their own could be wrong

At the Comcast Center near Boston, they had to close the lawn off and send people into the seats because MayhemFest didn't sell enough tickets

System of a Down nearly sold the entire venue out

when system played they had the lawn closed off too doe
