My second pair just went. Last time the speaker blew in one side then in the other not long after. This time there's a short in the wire near the end. I really wish that this shit would stop happening to me...

Can you say Sennheiser? One of the better brands and still affordable. I'd rank them right up there with Bose just not as expensive.

Sony makes some really nice earbud earphones, there like 40 bucks but mine lasted me like a year and a half. Skull candies always break after the first month, its like a way of life

I went to Best Buy today. I ended up going with Altec Lansing Back Beats. Let me tell you folks, these things sound beautiful. 10x better than Skull Candies. They even have a thick ropeish looking material around the cords so they don't short out as easily.
