I remember some venue in the early 90's saying there was no moshing at a Pantera concert. To stop the moshing they put out folding chairs and hooked them together with plastic zip ties. Anyways, when the show started the chairs were separated and people were throwing them at people and going crazy.

I wasnt there. I just remember reading about this Pantera concert. I think it was in the Detroit area if I am not mistaken... Does anyone else remember this?

im not sure if it is related....but it sounds like it....but anyways my uncle saw pantera open for black sabbath here in Grand Rapids and Phil came out and demanded that they tore the chairs apart...and thats what happened lol...he then saw the show in detroit and they didn't have seats...he said that show was way better
