I would love to have an English bulldog. You even settle for a French bulldog. But their short lifespan and health issues worry me.

because they have breathing problems, he has to keep benadryl around, if the dog accidentely eats something theyre allegic too he could die, and they all have the same genetic problems of allergic reactions to people food

i don't group english bulldogs in a small dog category, they may be short of the ground but those bad boys still get to be about 50 pounds. they can test you tho, they tend to prioritize between the comands you give them and what they are doing and make their own decision on which should be done first.

Boxers FTW. Wanted one since I was like 5 or 6 and I now have one. Well, a mix, Boxer/Lab mix, but it's clear that the Boxer gene is more dominant in him, and he looks like a Pit Bull.

I've found it to be the opposite. He's the chill ass nigga, barely barks, now our bitch, however, has an endless amount of energy and never shuts up lol, she's a Smooth Collie/Husky Mix.

The mix part could be fueling the temperament Erik. I've rarely come across a boxer that isn't hyper as fuck until it's 4 or 5

I think it's cool that Rob Dyrdek taught his bulldog to ride a skate board.

We have a Chihuahua and a Yorkie, the Chihuahua never makes a sound which is weird, but the Yorkie never shuts up lol
