You misunderstood me Nola. Im not talking about federal law here, Im talking about commonsense. Someone whose 17 and posting nudes is 1 billion percent different then someone posting nudes of a 13 year old (for example).

I understand that federal law draws a line in the sand for age, and I understand that the site could get in trouble... but when someone screaming child porn, I think of the more extreme case.

Also... I said it before and I'll say it now- I think the site could get in trouble for just hosting nude photos like it does. There are many federal laws that porn sites must go through to host pictures. And I've seen less porn on actual porn websites then what I've seen here.
