Can't wait for the brew at the zoo, some of the most fun I had last summer.
Yeah, they had a little section about that in the map I got. I think it would be real neat!
I haven't been to that zoo since I was about 8
It was the first time I was there since...'09. Here, possibly while I was there ever, the Komodo Dragon Noname died Saturday. There was a sign outside his area saying he'd be back in the spring, then I saw on the news Sunday that he didn't make it through a surgery. :-<
" Sad news from the Pgh zoo! My hubby and I got to "spend some time" with 'No Name' last summer. Apparently he was one of only a handful of Komodo dragons in the U.S. that will let you get this close .. yes I found that out before going in the cage with him! Thanks to Henry Kacprzyk, Curator of Reptiles and Kids Kingdom, for the chance to get this unforgettable pic! -- Jennifer
Noname, the Pittsburgh zoo's friendly Komodo dragon, died during surgery. Noname was 18 years old and was 9 feet long and weighed more than 230 pounds! Noname's mother was a gift from the Prince of Indonesia, where Komodo dragons are considered national treasures, to President Ronald Reagan in 1988."
So I went to get my phone looked at at the Verizon store on campus just a short while ago because the camera was acting up. I get there and the guy resets my phone and I guess took a picture of me to test it out. I didn't know he did, so I got halfway back to my apartment and I see this in my phone. Figured I'd share lol.
