Can confirm seven years later that I did not regret this decision. That was probably my favorite time seeing skeletonwitch out of the idk how many times.
I remember seeing them open for Cannibal Corpse and it was the bass players birthday and so I bought him a shot after he was already fucking hammered and he kept inviting my friend and i to go on tour witj them ) then Chance came up and was like stop inviting people to go on tour with us
I had to go to Toledo another time to finally see them. Landmine Marathon opened, pretty sure Chuck was there too. Then I don't think I saw them again until last year, when they finally played Detroit as an opener lol.
First time I ever saw them they opened for Cannibal Corpse. I remember checking them out before the show and thinking they were alright but I didn't really like the vocals. Their live performance made me a fan tho and I've tried to see em every time they came back to Raleigh. I think they got bumped up to co-headliner because 1349 dropped off the tour or something. Then I saw em a year or two later with 3IOB in the same venue and not many people showed up. My friend who is 6'4 kept calling 3IOB's singer Cameron Pipes and it looked like he was getting mad but he wasn't gonna do anything because no one in that band is over 5 feet tall.
