Gojira did a full US tour in 2009 before they went on hiatus. I know they were here a couple times. They will headline again on this album cycle eventually.
The 2009 tour was with The Chariot and Car Bomb. Both really shitty.
Had tickets to that tour. Person I was supposed to go with had to work. So a friend that was a fan of the Chariot wanted to go and those were the plans. The day came and I never heard from him and he wouldn't answer my texts. Two tickets wasted

Aww man. That sucks. I didn't even know about the tour until my station manager told me that day that I was on the guest list with a +1. I took my then-boyfriend and he hated it, but I didn't give a fuck. The show was very poorly advertised. There were maybe 100 people there max. Amazing show though.

I want to go to this show....I don't know that I'd spend $50 on it though. We'll see.
