open movie maker

click on, Add Videos and photos, find video file open it

nvm, i had an optioon on my phone tobreak it up. thanks doe!

click on Edit

click trim tool.... trim back to 9 mins for the first clip

or click on Set end point in trim tool ribbon set to 9.00

then save trim

then click on File tab or the lil blue button furtherest on the right of the ribbon then go to save movie for computer and save clip

right click on movie thumbnail in movie maker remove

then reopen Original file

click edit

click trim tool

set start point at 9.00 and end point to 18.00

save trim

click blue tab save movie for computer clip 2

remove clip from movie maker

open OG file

click edit trim tool set start point at 18.00 and end point at the end of the file length

save trim blue tab save movie for computer clip 3

upload clips to Youtube you can upload them right there in Movie Maker if youd like
