it's still stupid for them to be on the bill since a) who knew they were even together? and b) the rest of the bill is metal and they're stuck between slayer and metallica. i can't even imagine finishing slayer, then having to sit through the offspring before metallica takes the stage. fuckin' weak
The thing is people overseas don't have the mindset that American's do here. After Slayer you will see them going crazy and singing along to Offspring. Guarantee that shit.

Fans in Europe appreciate music and love it. If you'd throw a band like Blink 182 in there I'm sure they'd enjoy it as well. Except for the Americans there who have sticks up their ass about how a band sounds, genre, ect. Even bands from the US prefer Europe over touring here

i actually heard the opposite. i read an interview with Fleshgod Apocalypse (they're from italy) and they basically said that the european fans take longer to warm up to a band as opposed to american fans who generally warm up to bands they like almost immediately.
